MyCashBack Shopping ("Mycashback") provides service that allows register members to earn cash back on purchases made at our partner shops. Signing up and using Mycashback is free of charge and easy, the registration process requires only your email address and a password to get started (email verification needed). Mycashback does not sell or provide your personal information to any third parties including but not limited to other websites, and Mycashback does not 'spam' its members. Mycashback does not install or require you to install any software on your computer. Mycashback receives advertising fees for referring buyers to affiliated merchants and uses that advertising fee to pay members cash back on their purchases. 


Register as a Member

By register as a member in the, or by using any of Mycashback’s shopping services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Register as a Member is simple and easy: you must provide an email address so that Mycashback can inform you when money or other rewards are credited to your account. Members must be at least 18 years old and agree not to use Mycashback service for any illegal or fraudulent activity. Earning Cash Back

Earning back a portion of your purchases as cash back is not complicated. Choose a merchant, product, coupon or other offer displayed on, click the corresponding shopping link to be directed to a merchant store's website, and complete a purchase to earn cash back on your net purchase amount. Please kindly note that the net purchase amount excludes any taxes, processing fees, postage/shipping, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations, and extended warranties.

Certain Affiliate Stores exclude a limited number of products and purchases from the Program. Mycashback tries its best to minimize and maintain an up-to-date list of exclusions on In order to begin earning Cash Back, you must complete your purchase during the same shopping session you start after clicking on the Mycashback link. If you visit other sites before completing your purchase or use coupons not provided by Mycashback, your purchase might be associated with a service other than Mycashback and you might not earn cash back on your purchase. If you disable 'cookies' on your computer you will not be able to earn Cash Back as cookies are used to authenticate the user and be certain cash back is assigned to the Member account. Customer is recommend to use coupon code published in our website, publishers may reject to pay the commission if customer use coupon code from other website/channel. Mycashback tries the best to maintain the latest cashback inforamtion on the website, however publishers may alter cashback rate or suspend their cashback program wihtout grace period. 


Earning Bonuses & Other Rewards

Mycashback offers monetary bonuses or other rewards for sign-up in the Program periodically, for referring other new Members, or for other specific actions. The terms and conditions accompanying such offers will govern how they are earned and paid if the terms and conditions differ from this Agreement. In order to qualify for a sign-up bonus payment, a new member must establish an Active Account and make minimum qualifying purchases totaling at least twenty Singapore dollars (S$20.00) within five (5) days of becoming a Member. In order to qualify for a referral bonus, a Member must refer a new member who establishes his or her own Active Account and makes his or her own minimum qualifying purchases totaling at least twenty Singapore dollars (S$20.00) within the first five (5) days of becoming a Member. Please note that sign-up and referral bonuses are given for the purpose of attracting brand new Members to Mycashback. An individual person is only eligible for one sign-up bonus and may earn only a referral bonus per individual person referred. There is no limit on the total number of referral bonus a member could receive.


Receiving Payment

In order to receive payment of accrued cash back and any other rewards, you must establish and maintain an active account with Mycashback (Active Account) with the information necessary to process your payment: a valid email address at which you are able to receive email, a valid postal address at which you are able to receive mail, your first and last name, and a password to protect your account. To maintain your Active Account, you must update your information if it changes and have shopped via or have accrued Cash Back at any time within the last twelve (12) months.

Member may request to withdraw the rebate on any date of the year at a minimum withdraw S$200. Mycashback pays members in Singapore dollars via  Paypal, and sometimes other payment options eg via check. Members may select or change their payment options when withdraws the payment. If your check expires without being cashed or deposited or if it is returned to Mycashback, it will be returned to your account. The minimum payment amount is S$200. Balances below S$200 remain in your account for potential payment during the next payment period.

In order to withdraw the payment, member need to have a minimum S$200 purchase rebate. Signup bonus, refereal bonus and any other form of bonus does not count towards to purchase rebate. 

If a member registered more than one account with us, S$5 processing fee applies per withdraw. 

S$30 processing fee applies for failed withdraw due to bank account name does not match with record in the bank.

S$30 processing fee applies for paypal return payment due to customer did not accept payment.


Receiving Communications from Mycashback

By signing up for membership at Mycashback, you agree to receive communications that are account and membership related (e.g., that we've added money to your account, that we are mailing you a check on a certain date, etc.) as well as periodic shopping-related emails that highlight coupons & special deals that are available to Mycashback members. As we need to communicate account information with you in order to operate our service, you cannot unsubscribe from account information emails. But rest assured that we don't send account emails unnecessarily. If you do not wish ever to hear from Mycashback, even if just to hear that we awarded you cas back, you can close your account by contacting Mycashback’s customer service department.



You agree to indemnify, defend and hold MyCashback and its respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, lawyers, and advertisers harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.


Editing, Deleting and Modification

Mycashback reserves the right in our sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.


Mycashback is not responsible for the following issues when you make a purchase with the respective merchant:

1) Functional issue of the product or services 

2) Refund, return or exchange of the product or services

3) Missing item or damage of the item during shipment

4) Payment issue with all the merchant

5) The side effect of using the product you had purchased with respective merchant

6) Any potential damage caused by the product you had purchased with respective merchant
